Domainers have big problems these days. Income from parking is dropping like a stone and site development is slow, expensive, and usually, not something domainers like to do. Since my own domain addiction has grown past the 800 point, I understand the problem. Fortunately, I met a programmer who could help me out.
Our first effort began in June of 2007 when he put up a heavily modified version of the MODx CMS for me to use. It was set up so multiple domains could run off of a single MODx install on a shared server account.
I started using it in June and got to where I could put up a new, one page, site with Ebay affiliate links from a search of my choice in about 30 minutes. I put up 200+ sites in the next few months and we got our affiliate income up as high as $400 per month.
This site, DomainerCo.com, is done with version two of our system. It's a bit slower to set up, but makes it quick and easy to build a multipage site to which a totally technophobic assistant can easily add text and pictures. Because of the way the code is written the content is near the top of the page and is quickly and easily indexed.
